Invitations

Invitations to the conference are strictly personal. Individuals who have not registered and who have not received a confirmation message will not be able to access the Conference room.

 

Confirmation of the registration

Registrations will be accepted and confirmed in order of arrival and subject to availability of seats in the room. Subsequent registrations will be confirmed in order of arrival only upon cancellation by participants already confirmed.

Venue

The Conference will take place in the Hall of the Parliamentary Groups of the Chamber of Deputies. Access to the Hall will be through the entrance located in via di Campo Marzio, 78.

Travel expenses and accommodation

No refunds for travel expenses and accommodation costs to attend the conference are foreseen by the co-organisers.

 

Coffee and tea breaks

The agenda does not include coffee and tea breaks as coffee and tea will be available throughout the event in the back of the conference room.

 

Lunch break

A buffet lunch will be offered to all conference participants.

 

Languages

Simultaneous translation is provided from Italian to English and from English to Italian.

 

Dress code

To enter the Chamber of Deputies men are required to wear a jacket.
