Pre-selection of candidates for interview
The preliminary screening of candidatures aimed to ascertain the basic requirements is carried out by the UN/DESA Office in Rome.

The UNV Office in Bonn, is in charge of pre-selection and interviews of short-listed candidates. In this process, the candidates' university qualifications, working experience and language skills are reviewed by UNV according to the profiles requested by the international organizations.

The interview process
The UNV Staff interviews shortlisted candidates in the UN/DESA premises in Rome. In this phase, candidates will be responsible for their travel expenses.
